The lady who looked after us was really understanding of our needs and didn’t push a sale or a particular bed onto us like other shops have in the past. She offered us some beverages which we kindly took because it was a warm day and didn’t rush us even though we spent ten minutes going from one bed to another deciding which one was the best

Teri our assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable ,went through the + and minus’s of buying our bed we were overall very pleased with the whole experience

Terri was very helpful and friendly left us to look around but was quickly available when we needed assistance

We came to the store shopping for a new bed for our autistic daughter who likes the sleep on the floor so we were looking for a bed that was low down but has ottoman storage Terri from the Gateshead store was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and she was so helpful and attentive. We were offered refreshments and she made sure we were comfortable at all times I would definitely recommend this branch to everyone.
