Slawek quickly understood what I was looking for and listened to me, taking on board my comments.

information on the different types of mattresses and beds highly visible. the staff asked if we wanted assistance which we didn't at the time and did not pressure us. when we had decided on the type we wanted and enquired about we were given options as to the firmness and shown different types to make sure we were comfortable. we were then asked about other products pillows / toppers / covers etc and again no pressure to buy as we already have these . the whole process was great and all questions answered - delivery and removal options explained . highly satisfied store staff credit to the company

The two people I dealt with were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed.
