Wadek at west end dreams in tottenham court road was quick, professional, firendly and effective in tending to my every need, he listened to all I had to ask and guided me all through the process.

Slawomir was great. He was patient and offered me several options. He listened to my requests and all suggestions were adequate. The boutique was a friendly and warm ambience. You could see that even from the interaction between the colleagues.

Member of staff was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful helping me choose a matttess.

I was assisted very quickly and all my questions were answered. I was not pusehd to make a decison and spent more time during my follow up visit to finalise my decision. The staff were very polite and helpful and went through the fnance agreement to make the deal more affordable.

Everything went very smoothly, service was excellent.

We were greeted in a very friendly fashion and our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely return for more things that we may need.

I was approached soon as I walked in the store. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. Not overbearing or pushy. He was attentive and provide all the information I needed in order to choose the right mattress. It was a successful visit and I left buying what I came for. Thank You !
