The product knowledge was great and helped us make our decision. We weren’t rushed and well informed. We hadn’t plan to buy on the day but had enough info to do so. Also the delivery time was under a week so we couldn’t be happier.

The sales staff were very attentive, whilst giving you space without hovering and badgering you. Slawomir was very good at recommending different beds to try based on my preference. I also visited the Dreams store in Cambridge and thought the staff were very accommodating and friendly as well, unfortunately I don't remember his name but he was lovely and did not rush me even though we arrive 15 mins before closing time.

Customer service was excellent. We were greeted upon entry and the sales person listened to our requisites. They then let us use the bed simulator and took is through all the available options. They didn't put any pressure on us to complete the sale that day.

Staff were polite and attentive, was approached within seconds of walking through the door. Staff were helpful and practical in making recommendations and listened to my wants
