The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable, despite being fairly new to the role, she was professional, yet made us feel at complete ease and was not pushy in selling any products….top class sales!

Device for working out my best mattress was excellent and unexpected. Was given option to purchase ex display. Extended warranties clearly explained yet not excessively pushed.

We went to the Meteor Centre to look at Benson Beds but came across Dreams. We were very satisfied with Paige and her knowledge and friendliness. We enjoyed "trying" out the test bed.

I was put on the sleep analysis machine, which made choosing a bed very easy.

The assistant went out of her way to help, meet our requirements and was extremely friendly.
