Paige our assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. She did not pressure us into anything. Very accommodating in helping us recycle our old items and able to chose a day for delivery. We will definitely buy again from Dreams All stores needs a Paige in their store.

Our assistant was friendly but not pushy, making sure she knew roughly what we were looking for and directing us to the right part of the store. Left us to 'try" and browse at our own leisure. Friendly and relaxed but covering all the necessary info at the sales desk too. She was very competent.

The customer service excellent also lovely staff with very good knowledge of their job they doing. Prices in dream’s really reasonable

We were seen straight away on entering the store. We were left to browse after being shown which products to look at. We had the test bed and tried different mattresses. Paige who dealt with us was very helpful and friendly. Delivery in just over three weeks which we’re very happy with.

Well we’re do I start all good start to finish welcomed like we were part of there family we were not sure what we needed but with the help of the automated machine and your very knowledgeable staff at the derby branch bed mattress pillows got the lot can not wait for them to be delivered but we have to sort bedroom before we can take delivery 👍

We were highly satisfied with our visit to the derby store, the sales assistant was very attentive but not intrusive, she suggested that we try the mashing that works out the right mattress for us but when non of the suggestions suited us she showed us others and explained the extra cover we took out.

I have specific needs due to osteoarthitis and the sales person was extremely sympathetic, listening and then advising showing us the mattress that suited me. I am unable to sleep on hard mattresses due to the pain, also I have recently had a hip replaced so this has added to the "hard mattress" problem we have at the moment. I am confident that I will now have a good nights sleep with the particular mattress that she showed me and I tried. I will definitely recommend Dreams to my friends as I have many in the same position as myself and I belong to a group who all have this condition, looking for comfort and good sleep and rest.
