I needed a new bed and i wasnt sure what type would be best for me. Scott helped me all the way starting by me lying on the instore bed to calculate my style of sleeping and which mattress would suit. After this he talked me through my options and walked me to each one to try out. Scott was very informative and friendly. I can't say i have had a better service anywhere else. I can't find fault at all and with service like that why would i want to.

The assistant listened to our needs, showed us our choices, was honest that stock was not available, and gave us alternatives that were not in store (online).
