A very friendly but not pushy sales assistant who clearly knew her subject. She was highly professional in her attitude and knowledge and had the most stunning smile and relaxing personality.

The sales assistant was very friendly, we where offered coffee during our visit, and she offered good advice when asked, the most important thing from our perspective was her knowledge of all the mattresses on sale, after we had been on a machine to see what type of mattress would suit us best. My wife and I both in our eighties where both surprised and delighted

Nicola delivered fantastic customer service when we visited the Dreams Store at Clifton Moor. She was very knowledgeable when it came to the products available. She took the time to have a conversation about what we were looking for & listened to the issues we were experiencing with our current mattress, following with a thorough, detailed explanation on how each different product would benefit us going forward based on the results from Sleepmatch. She made us feel at ease throughout the whole process of choosing & purchasing a new mattress.
