Nicola was very attentive to mine and my husbands needs. She pointed out the ‘sleep match’ machine and then showed us various mattresses to suit our needs. Nicola was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us time to try each mattress.

The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and she explained everything in detail and didnt push the more expensive item but explained the difference in quality and we weren't rushed (given a coffee/tea was a nice gesture)

Nicola was really great. Kept our 4 year old girl entertained with colouring in books while we looked for a mattress. Even gave her some chocolate. A really pleasant experience and was very helpful. Fantastic.
