Lorna was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Other staff chipped in a friendly none pushy way. Offered a coffee which came in a mug, great friendly and relaxed. Our chat mixed between discussions about our purchase and other general stuff it was so clever and felt normal .

Staff were very friendly. They offered condiments without asking, demoed the water proof sheet on offer and also talked me through the selection of pillows on offer in different firmness’s. Over all I am very satisfied
