My wife and I went with the intention of checking out a particular mattress we wanted, basically to try it out. Your store had a large selection of mattresses from the range we were interested in. Our intention was to go home and purchase it on line as we had seen it cheaper there, but there was a slight reduction in cost on the day and two pillows were thrown in for free, which meant a difference of only £50.00. So after a lot of lying down and a lovely coffee from the two ladies Gill and Brenda who were serving us, we decided we should just purchase the mattress there and then. So if we had not had been Highly Satisfied we would have gone and bought it else where. Your sales force even convinced me to purchased insurance cover for accidental damage, something I have never done for any other product in my 60+ years.

Two points: 1. NOT a full range of firm to soft beds of a particular brand of mattress although I realise this may, in part, be due to constraints of space in your outlets, 2. I felt you could have been more competitive in the prices of mattresses on sale.
