Very personable assistant. Great knowledge and enthusiasm for the products. No pressure to buy but showed relevent related products eg pillows. Just had the best nights sleep on the pillow purchased.

The bed expert who helped us, her name was Amelia, went above and beyond to advise us and answered every single one of our questions. Made the experience of first time bed buying very enjoyable.

We had already shopped around and the difference with the service from the lady at the store ( Amelia ) compared to other shops we had been was like chalk and cheese. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and had all the time in the world for us. Not once was she pushy and she did everything she could to ensure we bought exactly was was best and suitable for us. She even made us a drink. How lovely to go in a store that has great products and good old fashioned customer service. This is how all stores should be.

Upon entering we were not plagued or harassed. We were given some information about where things were and left to browse until we asked for more assistance. Amelia was incredibly informative and helpful and made the whole experience painless and far more enjoyable than any of our other mattress purchasing experiences. Would highly recommend dreams and this branch in particular in the future based on how the experience went.
