Very friendly staff

The young man came to meet us just inside the store. He was very friendly, efficient and took us round the store showing us the merchandise which had the features we were interested in. This was after lying down on the tester bed to find out the best mattresses suited to our requirements and comfort. This was decided before he took us on to the frames

Very efficient member of staff took time to go over everything and show us products in store.

Met in arrival, directed to products of interest. Staff informative, friendly and helpful. Product in stock and in store, left with product same day

The Sleep Expert was very professional, nice, smiley, had good knowledge of products I was looking for, very helpful.

Although I do feel happy with my purchase, I did kind of feel pressured to make a decision there and then when maybe I didn’t feel like I got to explore all my options but still happy with the decision in the end.
