Harrison was really polite, helpful and friendly, without ever coming across as pushy. We were then able to come away with a mattress and bed frame that seems like it will be just right for us.

Harrison was very knowledgable about the Tempur mattress and explained the difference between all types of Tempur mattresses. Explained all options and discounts. Carried our free pillows to our car.

The young man serving me had a technical issue with the computer system and although it took about 20 minutes to sort the sales assistant was polite, apologetic and courteous offering me coffee while I was waiting.
