The time the sales lady spent with us making sure that she understood what we needed and showing us various options.

I was told what was available and luckily there was a bed on display which was just what I was looking for, a small double. Staff were lovely and helpful and the delivery is quicker than I thought it would be

Could not fault the service we received from Phil, he spent the time finding out what we were looking for and gave us a range of options, he wasn't pushy and was courteous throughout the entire process, would definitely recommend

The salesperson Lauren was very attentive. She clearly knew all of the products in the branch and what was available. She was polite and not pushy.

Friendly staff Loved the sleep match machine

On entering the store we were greeted by Lauren in a friendly and professional manner, which continued throughout our time there. She was knowledgeable and approachable, but not pushy, which made the difference between us making a purchase and leaving without doing so. We liked the mattress machine (can't remember what it's actually called) which gave us a guide to the mattresses which we were most likely to find suitable: this took the guesswork out of choosing, along with Lauren's knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to try a number of different mattresses, without pressure to make a decision.

All staff lovely. Got a bargain on ex display when I dropped in on spec whilst walking past.

Very friendly staff member who asked what my visit to the store involved, she took me straight to where the wooden bed frames were located saving me time from walking around the shop, her product knowledge was very good and she also explained what other products or services were available.
