The young man that served us in Salisbury was very informative and helpful and answered all our questions Well Done to him

I didn't feel under pressure at all. I could understand the information that I was given but purchased what I set out to get. The salesman was fairly new and sought advice if he was not able to answer a question of mine or checked information available to him, it was good that he didn't try to blag his way through and his honesty was refreshing. The store was clean and easy to move around and care was taken to ensure that I had the same pillow for each bed that I tried out.

I think we ended up with a good mattress at a reasonable price with a minimum of pain!

Absolutely amazing customer service. We had 3 staff members that went above and beyond to help us and we’re genuinely brilliant at there job.

The service was excellent, I normally don’t like to be approached in any shop preferring to browse first but Jamie was so warm and welcoming that I felt at ease and not pressured . His knowledge, although new to his role was excellent asking his colleagues if he was unsure .
