Big O Tires

Went in for what I thought would be a tire flat fix for my husband’s vehicle ended up needing two new tires do to an accident my husband was recently in. From the beginning Jeff the manager was amazing very knowledgeable very honest and very helpful. Explained everything thoroughly so I could understand and even answered all 100 other questions I kept asking! He is what true customer service looks like! Honest and trustworthy!! Will be coming back to him for all our future car needs!! And all the other staff was so friendly and nice!! Thank you Jeff!!

I've dealt with another big O in Casa Grande 3 times and they were not nice at all. So I gave this big o try and I was very leery about going to another big O, but I did and everyone were very nice, and they are a lot closer than casa Grande. Will I go back there, most Definitely! People that work Customer service Jobs need to realize, Its nice to be Important, but it's also Important to be nice. 😀

I was very satisfied because I had an emergency in that my battery was dead and they took it right in and communicated to me well what the issue was. They then fixed it and placed a new battery and checked everything else in less than 30 minutes ! I was able to not miss too much of my responsibilities for the day because of their urgency

Customer service was excellent

Fairly priced. The waiting room is awesome, comfortable chairs, TV, water popcorn, etc I like the big window that faces the working area. Staff were friendly,

They explained the issue and determined wheel had seperated from the tread affecting the bead. Fixed with no charge.

I was quoted the wrong tire when I set the appt, but the tech was able to me a different tire and still give me the tire protection plan. They didn't even have the Big O tire size that I wanted.

In and out very quickly

I felt like the pricing and information given was fair and accurate. Armando was very helpful! I would love to have him help me again.

Friendly staff, quick to diagnose the issue, very honest and showed me the issue inside the shop. They ordered the parts I needed and was thorough overall. Great work.
