Treated with respect, provided free water or coffee(or donuts), pricing provided, vehicle service record provided from carfax and completed in timely fashion.

I called in just as they were closing and explained the dilemma I was facing with a tire that wasn't holding air. They asked how far away I was and asked if I could be there within the next 15 minutes or so. I said I could, and they waited for me and took care of my issues with the tire. We ended up replacing the 2 rear tires and they took care of everything for me the following day. Your crew there went above and beyond to help me. Believe me, I will not forget this and will make sure everyone I know is informed of this as well. This took place over the evening of the 16th and then continued into the 17th. I have been going to this Big O for years, and have always had great service. All the employees are kind, considerate and knowledgeable. I drive past quite a few other Big O places to get to this one.

The technicians at the Big o in Sandy Utah were awesome. They were friendly they took time to explain what was going to go on, also they were able to help me with getting a quote for another service I will be using them for. The place was clean, they were also prompt on getting my vehicle in and getting the vehicle out to me. I will be going back to them and possibly using them for services all the time.
