I am a frequent customer at Big O Tires and the scheduling of an appointment has always been easy. I receive my confirmation email almost right away. I went in for an oil change and a transmission fluid flush and they had me out the door in less than an hour. Great job all around.

I called in just as they were closing and explained the dilemma I was facing with a tire that wasn't holding air. They asked how far away I was and asked if I could be there within the next 15 minutes or so. I said I could, and they waited for me and took care of my issues with the tire. We ended up replacing the 2 rear tires and they took care of everything for me the following day. Your crew there went above and beyond to help me. Believe me, I will not forget this and will make sure everyone I know is informed of this as well. This took place over the evening of the 16th and then continued into the 17th.
