Wakas, the man who helped us, was very friendly, had a great sense of humour, put us at our ease and was not pushy at all. He explained everything to us in detail and let us try out different beds in our own time. Because of all of this, we were able to make an informed purchasing decision without feeling pressured. It was a great experience.
