Wakas was incredible with myself today, it was my first time purchasing a mattress so was entirely unsure as to what to even look for! But Wakas was great, patient and informative! I’ve left feeling super excited for my first purchase of a mattress!

Staff is qualified and professional..

Wakas greeted my Son and I respectfully and when he realised my Son was choosing gave information in an easily understood way and answered all questions posed to our satisfaction.

Very impressed with Wakas, who explained initially about the process to find what type of mattress would suit our needs. Never done that before and it was extremely helpful.

The gentleman in the store was really good with my 10yr old son,who the bed is for and made it fun for him, and was understanding and flexible with my budget when it can to choosing the bed and mattress.

Our assistant Wakas was extremely patient with my elderly mother in law, and answered all her questions including where the mattress was manufactured. Professional and pleasant service. Thanks

Great customer care. Really engaged with us during the visit and assistances us to choose what we needed and within our price range. Very knowledgable staff

The staff member who served is was very helpful, we were assessed on the special bed and taken right to 4 mattresses within our budget. There was no hard sell at all and actually had quite a good laugh with the staff member. When we chose out bed it was then a quick process to get the order done with a lovely Latte to top it off!
