As soon as I walked in I was met with the friendly faces from staff. I was directed to where I could find mattresses and bed frames and I was not disappointed. Shortly after I made a selection the staff were swift in giving me the information I needed and helped advise me on warranty and guarantee in which I was so satisfied that I chose to buy the guarantee. One of the staff members were kind enough to offer me a bottle of water also. Overall a great experience.

The Lady who saved us was exceptionally very good, and friendly, it was a hot day she offered a bottle of cold water. She is a real asset to dreams. I wanted to buy a bed from another shop but the service was very poor we left for dreams just to check on beds with the aim of going back to the same shop.The welcome and service we got from Dreams was excellent hence decided to purchase the bed.
