We were helped by Louise at the Coventry store and she was fantastic. My husband and I were confused as to what we both needed from a new mattress but Louise was excellent at taking us through the sleep assessment and showing us the recommended options. She was super patient as we tried the options and was really knowledgeable about the products and the pros and cons of each mattress. We chose the one best for us and we were super happy with the delivery options and timescales. Would definitely recommend!

The saleswoman was very professional, easy to understand language, also never being pushy or demanding with selling me the bed and allowing me to test and retest different mattresses without any issues and also very attentive.
