we went in to start exploring what new mattresses were available and Kyle was able to take us through the whole process so well we knew exactly the right mattress by the end, so instead of going away to think about it we proceeded with the purchase.

We were met by Kyle who from start to finish was polite, friendly, knowledgable and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

As someone who worked in sales for over 15 years I was very happy with the service overall. I appreciated the genuine care and attention that was provided by the sales assistant Kyle. Though there were issues with the delivery system company wide, he and other staff dealt with it calmly and effectively. Kyle provided us an excellent overview of what was available and the difference, and though we were on a tight budget, we will be back for a better mattress in the future!

No high pressure sales pitch

Your representative was very courteous, and took time to listen to the specific set of requirements that I had for selecting two new mattresses for the flat my son is about to move into. He then took me and my wife round the showroom and directed us to the specific mattresses that met our criteria. We wanted to make an informed decision before investing in the new mattresses, but the combination of your colleague's professionalism and the availability of the products we were looking for at a competitive price point convinced us to select Dreams - thank you to him!
