Jack + Shaun couldn’t of been more helpful than they were both made you feel welcome and took the time to talk everything out with you and recommended what was suitable for you there was no pressure put on you and both were very polite and good at there job.

It was very easy, and I think as long as the store makes it easy for you the customer experince is excellent.

We liked Jack. We bought a £900 Silentnight mattress from him yesterday, which will be delivered within a week. It replaces a mattress we bought from Dreams 8 years ago. We spent about 40 minutes in the store. He answered all of our many questions persuasively. He was pleasant, good humoured and backed off at the right times for us to talk and test out different mattresses and didn’t big up more expensive options. A good all round experience. Happy to recommend Dreams, and specifically Jack, to others.

The sleep machine was very useful and helped me make my mattress choice. Jack was extremely friendly, informative and patient.

Jack who served us was attentive without being overbearing. We were allowed time choose and it was nice that he retreated into the background when we were choosing but appeared when we needed him. He also did a great job for you selling, mattress cover etc and making us feel that we had a really great deal

Your colleague Jack, who looked after me, was friendly without being overly so, he was very helpful did not rush me and listened to my likes and dislikes and acted on them. He was not overly pushy and did not try to sell me things I did not want or need. Due to his attention and pleasant demeanour I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Gloucester Branch of Dreams .

I really enjoyed using the mattress that assessed the pressure points of your body and then suggested which mattresses would suit you. The guy that showed us around also really knew his stuff. Thank you
