Very friendly and informative customer service, answered questions with ease and was happy to spend a lot of time making sure we were satisfied

I needed a new bed and mattress for guest room in a short time. The salesperson was extremely helpful and patient on the phone and helped me to find exactly what I needed at an excellent discount. I then went into store to do paperwork. Here, I was offered a drink, given quality time to go through the order and even try out the mattress. Quite simply, the best customer service I have ever experienced and very knowledgeable too. I am delighted with my purchase and will be purchasing in future for sure. 🙂

Me and my wife was not pressured straight away and the staff politely waited until we asked for assistance and when we did he was polite and catered to our needs

The customer service was outstanding. We were given a huge amount of time by Jack, who was kind, friendly, polite and understanding of any issues and questions we raised. Nothing was too much trouble. He greeted me cheerfully when I returned later in the day with my husband and remembered exactly what I had called in for. As he was then busy his colleague Shaun did an excellent job processing my order. We were given water bottles which was much appreciated on a hot day. I was very impressed Jack and Shaun's expert knowledge and their helpful advice. It was a first rate customer experience. Thank you!

Firstly, I did not have to wait to be seen and was greeted immediately upon arrival in the store. The salesman took time to find out what my requirements were, he explained how your system would measure the type of mattress that would be best suited to me and he then showed me a range of beds and mattresses within my price range. He did not rush me in deciding which mattress and bed to buy. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. I hadn't expected the experience of shopping at Dreams to be so efficient. I was also impressed by the amount of choice. The mattress that I bought was British made, which was an added bonus as far as I was concerned.

I went to the Gloucester Peel Centre store and spoke to Jack. I wasn’t really sure what I was after other than the size of the bed and a new mattress. I had an approximate budget to stick to. In light of this, Jack showed me a range of options in line with that budget, and I tested it all out. I used the mattress tester machine, which was useful as I was then able to find a mattress that best supported my needs. The level of customer service I received was exceptional - from when I walked in, to the point of payment. Jack from the Gloucester peel centre store was friendly, approachable, went out of his way for me - I went back home to do some measurements then returned, so he fit his lunch break around this!, took time to explain the product and parts to the product, took the delivery fee off as a discount, and was generally awesome!!
