Joe was very friendly and helpful, which made it an enjoyable experience. We were also offered tea or coffee.

The reason for being so highly specific was due to our customer experience. Joe who worked at the store approached us asking what our needs were. Managed to direct us straight away to what this was. A mattress of quality on a budget and showed us a couple of clearance items. This didn't bother us as we were getting a top quality mattress almost a third of the original price. He offered us refreshments whilst waiting and when he overheard my partner talking about duvets, etc... he assisted us further and helped us with good deals on additional products.

I was looking to buy a specific type of mattress, like the one that I had purchased before at Dreams. The salesperson (Joe) who looked after me was very helpful and also gave me advice on the best type of bed frame to buy.
