We came in with not knowing what bed we wanted and our sales representative Dan was really supportive and knowledgeable. He seemed like a junior sales rep but he was extremely confident and helped ease any worries. He found us the best deal and also helped with coordinating defense discount. He had an issue with the sale because of an issue with the computer but quickly sorted it out with a paper transaction and ensured everything was completed. Dan was a star salesman and I would advise everyone I know to go to him personally.

Very good service all round

We were asked if we needed help when we first entered the shop. The assistant asked if we would like to try the machine to find out what sort of mattress would suit us and then showed us all the options that would be good for us. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of each mattress and the prices. He showed us several bed frames that he thought we might like based on other beds we pointed out. Once we had chose our bed and mattress he processed it very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful.
