The young man Craig we saw was very helpful we laid on a bed so he new how we slept. He took us round all the beds that would suit us, he offered us drinks and told us about special offers well done to him.

I was shopping with my 101 year old aunt who was purchasing a new mattress the sales assistant was excellent regarding her needs and there was no rushing her. He spoke to her continously to make sure she was comfortable with her selection. Excellent service which you don't find very often especially regarding her age. Well done Craig
