Personnel very friendly & knowledgable. Went all out to make us at ease. Nice drink whilst choosing. The bed used to test mattress type was the bees knees. Overall brilliant.

I generally do t feel comfortable in this type of shop as previous experience has been very pushy but both members of staff were very friendly and helpful and the salesman listed to our needs and explained the differences and benefits of each mattress

Craig, the sales advisor was very easy to talk to. Not too pushy but pleased to be able to help us. We are an older couple, who have been badly let down by another bed company, and we were really impressed with his attitude.
