Great service from Clinton!! Very knowledgable, helped me find the perfect mattress for myself. Was able to assist with every question I had. Top guy!

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Especially Clinton and the other 2 staff members who were working that day, also offered me refreshments. I was given lots of time to decide and honest advice

Clinton was very helpful and showed me different beds to try and test and went and got me a pillow as well (didn’t have to ask). I explained because of my arthritis in my hip he helped with soft or medium and helped me try them. When I finished looking we went to put in my details and he offered myself and my husband a drink. As it was my husband also bought a bed so there were two beds ordered. Everything went well with the orders and he showed the screen to us and we paid the money. Clinton offered us insurance but I declined. All in all and easy shop. Thank you

Clinton the store assistant took his time to explain the difference between the firm mattresses in store so that I knew more about each particular mattress. Clinton was patient and very courteous with me. He was friendly and knew what he was talking about. All members of staff in the Charlton branch were extremely friendly and gave me excellent customer service. I purchased a really great mattress and I am looking forward to receiving it next week. It was also so handy to be able to pay for my old mattress to be collected and disposed of. This was a great help to me.

I am highly satisfied later after I was attended to by one of the staff called DENE.He was ready to listen to me and willing to help solve the issue I had with the choice of my product,I was almost cancelling my order completely but with his help I was able to make a better decision.
