Very friendly staff who took the time to understand what we required and meet additional requirements when purchasing products. Staff weren't overbearing when browsing the store so didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable testing products at our own pace.

Very welcoming extremely helpful on choosing the right mattress

I felt that upon entering the store the vibe was very relaxed. We were greeted upon entering from Ben then left to peruse the beds / test the mattresses at our own leisure. I liked that we were not pushed instantly and were allowed to browse without being pushed / pestered to commit on a sale. Once I had made a decision on the mattress I walked over to the desk to purchase and was immediately seen by Ben so didn’t have to wait to be served. Ben was very helpful in advising on delivery times and equally showing additional features that were of interest (range of Ottaman beds, how they are delivered and demonstrated how they operate). Overall very good experience and would definitely return.

Ben was extremely helpful and had good knowledge of product.

We were very pleased with the young man, who, couldn't do enough for us, he showed us the types of mattresses, we were looking for, and decided on a particular mattress which would be perfect for my Mum and dad, he made the experience, so relaxing, we can't thank you enough.

I felt that Ben gave me the perfect amount of time and was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions I may have had.

The store rep took time to show us several products knew his stuff and helped us make we feel a good choice.

Ben the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and had a brilliant sales/customer relationship. Advice given was spot on.
