We returned to same store where we purchased our previous tempur mattress 5 year ago, which we haven’t got on with - we met Amy whom immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable and was very helpful - at this time we were only looking with mo intention to buy yesterday - however Amy offered us the analysis computer comfort system and explained how it worked and the wife and I was told what beds would be best for our age, posture etc. - Amy explained and showed us all 4 products and we tried each of them - we purchased the one we liked and felt most comfortable on - and it’s being delivered on 13th August - so all in all - Amy and Dreams done us proud - thanks Amy xx

Staff in cwmbran store was brilliant and helpful only thing letting them down was delivery times which was out of their control but still tried to sort something out

When visiting the store we were greeted by a smile and "someone will be with you shortly". Although the two staff members Tracy and Amy were both busy with other customers, we still felt valued and welcomed. Amy served as soon as posisble and was very apologetic for the wait. Amy was patient and took time to listen to what we wanted and made fabulous recommendations. She was very friendly and professional throughout our experience.

I was taken care of by a woman called Amy, she was friendly, offered us water and constantly checked in with us as there was a waiting time as there wasn’t a computer available. She made sure I understood the product I was buying and supported me throughout the process.
