I limped in with a broken universal belt and pully Friday at 2 pm BMW. I thought I was screwed for the rest of the weekend, these folks, Peter and Daniel, had the part ordered and delivered within the hour, and I was out that door by 5 pm, giving me the car for the weekend. It was a reasonable price, and they showed me exactly what went wrong with the pulley and bearings. I highly recommend this shop; it is more like a mom-and-pop place you can trust. I will be returning for my power steeringfor hose replacement.

I was told the repair would cost one hour of labor if I supplied the part and that was honored. It was completed in a timely manner.

The staff was excellent and helped me to identify some other issues I had concerns about. Will reschedule for future repairs .

Brake lights were on. Came in early in the morning. Greeted quickly. Came outside and checked it out, advised brakes were 90% worn. Gave me a good quote and did the job the same day.
