Everything went very smoothly indeed. The assistants were friendly and helpful, were there when needed, and left us alone to make our own decisions without any pressure at all.

The insurance I purchased was left out when I paid for the transaction. Rachel promptly called me and we put through the extra payment without hassle.

WE felt very comfortable in the store. The explanation was clear and common sense. We were given plenty of time to discuss the options and make our minds up. The consultant listened to us and reacted according to our wishes, in the recommendations made. We had planned to visit several stores and do comparisons, but after our experience we felt we didn't need to, and made the purchase immediately.
