Dreams - York

Kirsten was extremely helpful and started a conversation pretty much as we entered, she then gave us a bit of information and allowed us to have a wander round before returning to her to try out the dreams mattress software to see which would be best for us. We then spoke about order times and other services that could be provided such as fitting the bed. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all the bed technologies!

Helpful and taking time being patient as deaf

I was very specific with my needs, the adviser put me on the sleep scanner and went through the options to suit me. It was very late in the day, almost closing time but she couldn’t have been more helpful. She was really lovely and helpful.

Your assistant, Kirsten, was really great. Knew her stuff and was very considerate and helpful with my mother (who is 85 and not very well) who was the client. Kirsten is great, give her a pay rise she is worth it.

Austin was very attentive throughout the process. He took tim e to identify products which would fit our needs and gave us a variety of options. Overall his manner was both very friendly and very efficient.

This is the third time we have bought a bed from Dreams. We have always had excellent service and never felt that we were being pushed into buying.

David from the York store was really helpful and made us feel very comfortable and in good hands. We were given water and offered tea or coffee. We used the sleep technology to find good matches for us so a really good experience.
