The assistant was knowledgeable and polite. She did not push me to buy the item I was looking for .

Am assistant spoke to us immediately but without being pushy. She explained the options available to us then left us to browse and choose.

Rachael was very knowledgeable about the products in store and listened to our requirements and led us to exactly what we asked for. It was nice not to have a pushy sales person just someone who really was interested and wanted to help

Very knowledgeable lady (Kirsten @ York Clifton Moor) that wasn't overbearing. Helped us decide on the right mattress without trying to push us into the most expensive option. Very patient with us wanting to try different options. Very quick process and delivery. Extra 10% off that weekend too. Overall very happy. Hopefully the mattress will be to our liking.

I was so impressed and Chris, the salesperson was excellent. Very welcoming and so helpful. At the same time there was no pushy sales technique which I like. I usually order online using Easyfundraising. When I mentioned this, I was offered a discount to pay in store so that I could still make the donation to my chosen charity, which I have done. In fact I was given a higher % than available online. I would highly recommend Dreams and will definitely be my first port of call in future.
