I was very pleased with the friendly, courteous and knowledgeable person who dealt with our needs. He made us feel very comfortable and explained every charge in full. The salesman on my initial visit made me feel comfortable and he knew the beds very well. I didn't feel rushed or awkward, as it's quite a personal purchase, laying on a bed in different positions is not normal 😆

Very welcoming staff explained looking for a new mattress no idea what type recommended to do the dream test very thorough great explanation Report fully explained different mattress explained and tried no pressure or urgency when making a choice reassurance given and recommended to lay for a few minutes don’t rush etc. great customer service very impressed we also had our two little ones with us and they were great with them too refreshments provided
