When I visited your store I was in an emotional state - my husband had been in an accident and his future mobility was likely to be affected. Whilst he was in the hospital I began to make plans to make adaptations to our home, starting with converting our dining room into a bedroom. A new bed was the first piece of the jigsaw. Your staff were sympathetic to my situation and provided excellent product knowledge without pressure. I came out of the store with a smile on my face for the first time in a few weeks. Thank you!

We knew what we were looking for. We asked the assistant for some help, 10 minutes later we bought what we were looking for and also the delivery date.

Very accommodating nice and friendly. Pointed me in the right direction of the 3 for 2.

The chap that spoke to us was very friendly and easy to have a conversation with he understood our price limit and didn’t try to push us above it, but still explaining all of the options to us to get us the best deal.

Dave the salesman was extremely attentive, offered us a drink, thoroughly explained how the sleep system worked. I was then given a pillow to help me test the beds out. These ranged from cheaper to more expensive. He wasn’t pushy and gave me all the information I needed to make a choice. Dave was friendly and provided a great service. I would not hesitate to recommend dreams to anyone choosing a new bed.

Short and to the point service

Kirsten in the York shop was brilliant from start to finish. Greeted us on arrival, offered her help and expertise when asked. Suggested we lay on the bed machine to make sure we finds the correct mattress. She is a credit to your company, she went above and beyond for us and that should t be taken for granted. Thank you Kirsten!

There was no pressure from the sales team. All went very smoothly

Help was on hand. But not in your face. I was shown my options and then left to decide. With out being nagged and pressured.

Austin was so helpful, and showed me all the products that I might be interested in. He didn’t hover, and left me to browse, and make choices without feeling pressured to buy. He was friendly, and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to getting my new bed
