Computers were not working so could not pay for item had to tell card number over the phone later I do not like doing this

We were asked what we were looking for then pointed in the general direction then left Not really knowing the difference or what was what, it was only as we were then going to leave the store that the lady them came to us and walked us round Talking through option's and products She was lovely and very helpful but we only received that input at the very last minute and had nearly walked out without a purchase

Assistant was very abrupt, she knew her stuff but left me feeling as if I were stupid. She questioned our choice of rating (after going on your sleepmatch bed our choice was right) we were left feeling unwelcome. She couldn't get our sale through quick enough. Part of me wishes I'd left the store and ordered it myself online.

Headboards: so pricey and why? Headboards weren't a portioned part of the store, they were either side of the stairs or on beds. Truly wish this had been discussed at the time of ordering and made a part of an offer (or even an incentive to come back for). Not the stores fault they don't have storage there....hence it had to be ordered.
