An extremely friendly and helpful service. As your new catalogue is not yet out I had made options from the previous catalogue, some of which were discontinued. The employee was most helpful in assisting me find alternatives and I returned the very next day to puchase these. The 3 for 2 offer was also most helpful as I am furnishing an entire house.

The Dreams college was efficient without being pushy. He allowed us the space we wanted but was always close to hand. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The store was quiet however the staff did not intervene until we asked about the product. There was no attempt at hard sell and everything was clearly explained plus on costs with nothing hidden

She was attentive and listened to our needs, and made suggestions. We did not feel pressured and were given time to test all the beds. I would recommend Dreams and specifically Kirstan to anyone I know who is looking for a bed/s.

I was served by Kirsten. She certainly knew a lot about mattresses and she spent a lot of time explaining and guiding me to alternatives to consider. She encouraged me to take time to try the options and she did so in a friendly way without any pressure. It is impossible to know how good the advice was until I have had the purchase delivered and tried sleeping on it for several weeks.

We were looked after and treated very well.
