Got the balance between not too intrusive and helpful advice just right.

Quick to offer assistance but space given to look around too. Not pushy be team felt informative and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, with the offer of a cup of tea or coffee while we browsed around. Once we had found a mattress we liked, Ellie was on had to offer advice and possible alternatives, without being pushy, and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choice. There was a wait for the finance company to get back, but that was not anyone's fault at Dreams York, and both Ellie and the other gentleman who was there were very apologetic, and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. We found the store had a relaxed feel, while still giving a high level of service. Thanks again!

Kirsten was knowledgeable and pleasant. She presented a range options and explained the customer service available, with being pushy.

Allowed some time to browse before being approached by staff member which I appreciate.When I wanted help it was unwavering without being pushy.Didnot feel co- erced and when I did buy it was hassle free with a delivery date given.

I purchased a new mattress. It is over 25 years since I bought my last bed, so this is not something I have any recent experience of doing! I was given plenty of information and good advice, but the staff were not 'pushy' in any way. However, there was plenty of choice and a good range of prices. My friend and I appreciated being offered cups of tea/coffee. If everything goes according to plan, I should receive the new mattress at the weekend (i.e. within a week of purchase), which is good.

Very good price, we couldn't decide on the mattress, the store worker went through all types and helped us find the right one.

The assistant within the store had a great knowledge of all the products we wished to see and never rushed us into making our final selection.

The whole team at dreams York were very helpful and could do enough for me and gave me a great deal as well , very pleased we will defiantly shop there again
