The York Dreams store that we visited had the exact mattress that we were looking for. I was served by a very helpful shop assistant and was even there with us throughout the whole 30-40 minutes that we spent in the shop. I would highly recommend Dreams, this is my third purchase from Dreams and guaranteed it will not be my last.

Store was clean, staff were attentive as soon as I walked in the door, I was offered a bottle of water and got a good deal on a mattress

We were looking for a bed and mattress, the assistant show us different ones and recommended what was similar to what we liked. He stayed late to help us

We had no clear idea of what we wanted other than that we needed a new mattress. I won't deny that I found the manner in which the various mattresses were displayed and colour-coded very confusing but after about 5 minutes we were approached by a young man who asked if he could help. He then spent a good 20 minutes explaining things and, with his help, we were able to find a suitable mattress. The young man in question is to be highly commended.

Sales assistant Matt! Credit to the company! Top bloke, actually cares about his job and clearly loves helping people. Almost asked him if he fancied meeting up in the pub for a pint after he was that friendly! He was the reason we bought this mattress there and then!

An easy shopping experience. We were not rushed. We were going to visit other stores after Dreams but decided not to and bought our bed from you.
