I had done some research before going into the store and the assistant, Curtis, was very knowledgeable, suggesting that we try other styles of mattress to ensure that we would be happy with our choice. We were left to try the mattresses out in our own time and no pressure was placed upon us to buy. The information that we were given about the products was clear and informative and the short list of mattresses were placed on different surfaces for us to try. Overall a very pleasing shopping experience.

Really friendly staff. I don't want my order for 5 weeks and I was assured they would sort that for me. I've paid for the assembly of the bed so don't want it for 5 weeks. Very thorough 🤗

We had plenty of time to chose our bed and were not hassled or pushed by any member of staff. However when we needed help the lady was extremely knowledgeable and professional in her advice and a pleasure to do business with.

Salesman very attentive. He knew what he was talking about; gave advice where needed and kept quiet when we were talking/telling him what we wanted and our experience. Very friendly Salesman, like we had known him ages!
