The assistant was very nice and professional his knowledge was brilliant we have been to the store in York and was served by matt twice now and he is very friendly and helpful

Matthew is the sales advisor in the shop was really helpful, he knew a lot about products he was selling. We had a few doubts and questions about the sizes of the mattress , about the colors, but with help we made a decision pretty quickly. thank to Matthew

We visited quiet late in the day but the assistant who was very knoligable on the mattresses. It got close to closing time but never rushed us and it was in fact after closing time when we left.

There is a good selection of beds at competitive prices Removal of my own bed at a competitive price The sales person was pleasant well informed and not in the least pushy
