Dreams - York

I visited the Dreams store as I had been suffering with a bad neck. The assistant advised me on the various pillows available and encouraged me to try them on a mattress similar to the one I have at home. I tried several and decided on some memory foam pillows that were on offer. I will return to Dreams to buy my next mattress in due course as it is only a few years old. Happy customer I was even offered a cup of tea!

The service from start to finish was very good.

The salesperson was extremely helpful and gave us clear information about the differences between varying mattresses. She had plenty of time to spend with us and made us a drink.

Assistant ensured we understood the differences between products and helped us experience that difference. No problem to mix and match our favourites to arrive at the correct combination for us.

Very friendly and they new what i was wanting

We had already bought from DREAMS approx 1 year ago and we were very pleased with the products and the experience, so it was natural to use DREAMs again. once again we have been delighted with the products and staff ( Matt )

As I am disabled I was treated with a great deal of respect by Mathew who was looking after my wife and I we was not rushed or pushed into buying anything we was made a cup of tea and left alone to try the mattress and others we saw We have never been treated so good when buying goods Mat deserves a medal for the way he receives his customers ten out of ten We purchased a lovely tempur mattress

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to even be offered a tea and coffee. They didn't just allow us to take our time, but actively encouraged us to try as many mattresses as possible. They even sorted out a discount. Wonderful and enjoyable experience. The person serving us was called Ellie (York, Clifton Moor store).

The staff took the time to understand my needs and talked me through the mattress differences and the 40 day change your mind policy. They were also very quick and efficient.
