Matt was great. Very helpful. Good sense of humour and very patientss we had two noisy children with us. He was more than happy to let them lie on the beds and use the vibrating beds!

Matthew served me the first time I came to the shop and gave me all the information to take away and then when I returned Kirsty help me make the order after offering me coffee. They were both really friendly and very helpful.

We went in to the shop looking for a bed and Matt was extremely helpful and showed us the range of mattresses that would suit us. He was also really helpful when we had questions about other products such as pillows and duvets. Really great service.

I was impressed that we could visit one store and experience all the Tempur mattress types. Matt was very knowledgeable on the mattress responses and technical aspects of the materials. The order process seemed very slick and we were also impressed with the exchange deal should the mattress not meet our requirements.

After we came into the shop and started looking, we were greeted by Ellie, who helped us in guiding us towards what we needed. We even got a coffee while we looked around! Ellie was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and made buying a bed enjoyable and stressless!
