I visited the store twice and on both occasions I was very impressed with the sales person Matt. He was knowledgeable about the products and help me find exactly what I was looking for without being pushy. He was friendly and made it easy for me to decide on what I wanted.

The sales person (Matt in Clifton Moor) was very helpful, explained everything and we were under no pressure to buy. In fact Matt had helped us choose the bed in September/October 2017 but we couldn't afford the bed we wanted and so we came back in the sales to buy it and spoke to Matt again.

We were given time to have a look round before we were approached by Kirsten. She asked questions around what we were looking for and what our needs were. She then proceeded to show us various mattresses and explained the differences between them and what we need to take account of so they fully met our needs. Once we had decided on the mattress she then explained which bases we could have that would be suitable and whether we needed storage or not. She then showed us the headboards we could have. At all times she listened to what we were saying and got to understand our needs and then matched us with the right product. Kirsten never pushed any one product but made sure we were getting the right bed for us.

My experience at dreams was fantastic, there was help whenever I needed it and the colleague who helped us had an impeccable knowledge to help us find that best value for the best price.

The customer service in this dreams store is absolutely amazing, and totally faultless. The sales assistant, Matt, helped me find the perfect mattress and decide on a bed frame whilst getting the best possible value for my money. The paying process was seamless and the overall help I received in this store was outstanding.

I visited the store on the morning of boxing day - initially to have a look at a product i'd viewed before Xmas. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. I then went back later in the day to complete the order. The staff remembered that is visited earlier that day as well as the product I wanted.
