the staff did not pester us but gave us space to look around.They then came to offer help and advice and were very friendly.The only thing disappointing was they did not have the colour in store that we have ordered so just hope it is to our liking when it arrives.It is the haze sofa bed in natural but only shows the grey one on the advert and in store. ..... Kirstin was excellent and took us through the buying process very patiently and was prepared to tolerate our uncertainty over mattress etc

I was SO impressed with the customer service. Matt came over whilst I was looking at mattresses and sussed exactly what I wanted from me not having to say very much at all. He took me straight over to a mattress which was on offer. It was so comfortable, and actually less than the price I was hoping to pay. It was so perfect that I didn't even look at anything else, I just agreed to buy it on the spot! I didn't feel at all bullied or pushed into buying anything, just thoroughly grateful for his product knowledge. I was genuinely pleased with the products and the price. I thought it was going to be a really painful experience but in fact it was the easiest job I've had to do all week, and I wish I'd bought my other mattresses from Dreams!!

Very friendly, polite and well informed about the product. Did not feel pressured into buying at the point in time. Felt very relaxed in coming to a decision in our own time.

We were highly satisfied with our experience at Dreams as the staff was friendly and very helpful, taking their time to discuss our needs through their expertise and enthusiasm. We were also able to quickly find all products that matched our requirements and we were given the opportunity to test a variety of different mattresses and pillows to make the right decision.

Matt was friendly and knowledgable. Didn't feel like he was doing a hard sell. Gave information and help but also let us have time to ourselves. Great service. Professional but fun too
