We were very pleased with the help we received from Charlotte at Dreams in Clifton Moor York, she was very knowledgeable. She gave us all the information we needed and then left us to browse around the store. It was a pleasure to shop there and we purchased our bed, and we only have to wait a short while for delivery.

We felt at ease with the shop assistant, Mat and the purchase of the goods went very smoothly. We left happy and satisfied.

Sales assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy or intrusive. Paperwork completed quickly, and convenient delivery slot available. Sale on so good price on mattress.

The shop looked clean, well presented and the assistants were friendly and welcoming. We were served by Matthew who was professional and courteous. At no time did he make us feel under pressure. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He even brought us extra pillows to try out the mattresses and a cup of tea. In actual fact we were there to buy one mattress for our bed, having already chosen a mattress elsewhere for the spare room. The fact we bought both from Dreams shows what a good job he did.

The sales assistant Matthew listened to our needs and tailored a range of solutions to these needs particularly @ the mattress purchase. We visited several times during which time he contacted us by phone as promised and when we walked in the store several months later he recalled who we were immediately and what we were looking for and then gave us a run down of the sale offers and how these could meet our needs. Overall a very personal service.

The staff listened to our needs, and helped us choose the right one for us , especially as we had problems with our last purchase from another firm. Your staff did not just try to sell us any old item

As assistant helped me immediately and very efficiently. i cannot entirely rate the product itself, because it is not being delivered for four weeks. The assistant directed me to an item on special offer, which i was pleased to take up.
